What are the types of wire harness processing? Main processes of wire harness processing

Wire processing is a very extensive process, and there are mainly the following methods:

1. The processing of electronic wires includes:

Processing technology one: peel and tin the two ends of the electronic wire, and then directly plate the tin on both ends of the electronic wire.

Processing Technique 2: Peel off both ends and twist the wire with tin. After peeling both ends of the electronic wire, you need to twist the wire manually or by machine and then coat with tin.

Processing technology three: multi-stage peeling. Multi-stage peeling of electronic wires is a method of peeling off the outer insulation layer of electronic wires section by section.

The main purpose of this technology is to facilitate wiring and connections. When we need to connect electronic wires to other electronic components or devices, we usually need to peel off the insulation layers at both ends of the electronic wires to facilitate insertion or soldering. But in some cases, we don’t want to completely peel off the insulation layer of the entire electronic wire, but only need to peel off a section of the insulation layer to connect. At this time, the electronic wire multi-section peeling technology comes in handy.

Processing technology four: wire lamination. Electronic wire wire lamination refers to cross-twisting the wires and then pressing them using crimping terminals and tools, so as to form good physical contact and connection between the wires.

Processing technology five: tin plating on one end and half-peeling on the other end

In addition to the processing methods of connecting wires, cables and other wire harnesses above, I will share the processing methods of terminal wires and other wire harnesses next time. Click to follow to quickly receive updated information.
