Three months of trial production completed 12000 sets of electronic wiring harness
Recently, the reporter learned from Baoji Haoda Haorun Auto Parts Co., LTD., that the company has completed 12,000 sets of electronic wiring harnesses since the trial operation in August, with an output value of 32 million yuan. At present, the company’s production is in a saturated state and the operation is in good condition.
The reporter saw in the production workshop that more than 500 workers were busy on the assembly line (see figure above), the workers turned their hands between, and the car wiring harness products were assembled. According to Ming Hanwen, deputy general manager of the company, the first phase of the Haoda automotive wiring harness project has started trial production on August 1.
Automotive wiring harness production base project with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan, divided into two phases of construction, of which the first phase investment of 400 million yuan, production plant area of about 30,000 square meters, the purchase of wiring harness electrical measuring stand, clip assembly test stand, torque station, image tester, vertical assembly line, injection molding machine and other equipment 300 sets (sets), the construction of electronic wiring harness production line 34; The second phase plans to invest 800 million yuan to purchase automatic wire opening machine, ultrasonic welding machine, light and heavy duty crimping machine, stranding machine and other equipment. After all the projects reach production and effect, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 1 billion yuan and create 3,000 new jobs. At present, the first eight production lines of the first phase of the project are all running at full power.
